Avatar won’t pick up

If your avatar continually rings but doesn’t respond, it’s usually caused by a slow or unstable internet connection. When your connection isn’t strong enough, the avatar can’t fully join the call.

To fix this:

• Check your Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
• Try running a quick speed test (we recommend at least 5 Mbps for smooth calls

• Move closer to your router or switch to a stronger network if possible.

  
  

Once your connection is stable, your avatar should pick up right away.

Troubleshooting:

• If your internet connection is strong but the avatar still won’t pick up, try refreshing the page or restarting the app.
• Try opening CallMe.ai in a different browser (we recommend Chrome or Safari for best performance).
