Create your own avatar
You can make your own avatar in CallMe.ai in just a few steps.
- Log in and open the lobby. On the left-hand side, click the purple button that says Create new avatar.
Choose a template. Select from categories like Companion, Fictional character, Romantic partner, Famous or historical, Teacher, Assistant, Business representative, or Other. Templates are editable, so you can customize them to your needs.
Add basic details.
- Avatar name: The name your avatar has.
- Display name: A catchy title that shows up in the lobby (e.g., Your personal fan fiction writer).
- Description: A short summary of your avatar (e.g., Bringing your wildest ideas to life).
- Greeting: A friendly welcome message your avatar will use to start each conversation, unless you have memory turned on (e.g., Hello, I’m Luna, your personal fan fiction writer).
- Edit the prompt. Each template comes with a basic prompt you can customize. You can make it simple or add more detail — for example, We’ve been writing together since high school or You send me daily writing prompts.
- Select a style. Choose between a Pixar-style or anime-style character.
- Customize your character. Pick a base character model and then a background by clicking the Background tab.
- Set visibility. By default, avatars are public, but you can change this to private if you prefer.
- Choose a voice. Click the Voice tab, preview different voices, and select the one you like.
- Finish up. Click Create avatar and you’ll go straight into a call with your new avatar.
