Audio, video, and text modes

There are a few different ways to talk to your CallMe.ai avatar. You can choose between audio, video, or text-only modes.

By default, calls start in video mode. You can switch modes in two ways:

1. From the lobby (set a default for all of your calls)

• In the lobby, look at the top right-hand corner.
• You’ll see a button with options: Audio only, Text only, or Video and audio.
• Select your preference. This will become the default mode for all of your calls.

2. During a call

• Look for the Mode widget while you’re talking to your avatar.
• Click it and select the option you want: audio, video, or text.
• You can change modes at any time during a conversation, and it won’t affect your avatar’s memory.

Modes explained:

• Audio mode – voice-only, like a phone call.
• Video mode – see your animated avatar on screen while you talk.
• Text mode – type your conversation instead of speaking.
