Change password

If you’d like to update your password while signed in, you can reset it directly from your account settings.


  1. Click your name icon in the bottom left corner.
  2. Select User Profile.
  3. Click Reset Password.


An email will be sent to your linked email address. Open it and follow the steps to create a new password. Once saved, your updated password will take effect immediately.


Troubleshooting:

  • Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the reset email.
  • Confirm that your account email address is correct.
  • If the reset email still doesn’t arrive, [contact support].
